Next deviant's persona, who gets "worminized" is:

The Medic Worm at your service! Do you want him to heal you to death (wait what!?), or deploy his Übercharge on you and become invulnerable? The choice is yours.

Apparently normal medi-packs are too large and heavy for worms to carry, so Stormy Worm has to deal without it. Unless somebody makes a worm sized medi-packs, that would be cool.
